I got this new thermal jacket over Christmas but it was kind of small so I sent it back for the next size up. It's from Twin 6 and I was very skeptical on whether it would be warm enough for anything below 50 degrees. The colors spoke to me but I still questioned the material.
I met Scott on the road by his house and we headed up Tramposh Hill and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the jacket was keeping me warm. I wasn't freezing and I wasn't hot either. I wore a long sleeved base and a long sleeved thermal long sleeved t-shirt underneath.
We checked out the new bridge on Meadowbrook Road and while it's still closed to vehicles it's perfectly fine for bicycles! I have to say, though, I am really impressed with the new jacket.
Five minutes after I got home it started to snow
