Walking around Jackson

I took the bus from Snow King down into Jackson to do a little shopping before I flying back home tomorrow.

XC Skiing at Teton Pines

After dropping off my sister and her kids to ski at Jackson Mountain my father dropped me off at Teton Pines to Cross Country Ski.  The temperature was around 32 degrees and the snow was really grippy and I had a horrible time.  

The Moose is on the Loose

Big change in the weather today and the temperature dropped considerably. 

My dad and I decided to stick to the groomers.

While my father was skiing with my nephew I skied with my sister and her two daughters, all of whom are great skiers.

XC Skiing at Cache Creek

Two years ago I rode up Cache Creek on a Fat Bike and now I am doing the 4.6 mile climb on my XC skis.

XC Skiing at Grand Teton National Park

Two years ago I started XC Skiing from this very same spot but it was snowing that day and the Tetons were obscured. Today, however, was not the case and these majestic mountains were in full view.

Flying to Jackson Hole

Drove down to Queens on Tuesday and parked my car at the Airport Marriott and stayed the night in the hotel because I had a 6 AM flight taking me back to Jackson hole for another week of skiing with my father.
