Ahh, memories! I spent many great days riding the roads and single track of Steep Rock with the crew from BikeExpress in New Milford when I wrenched there.
Mike, from what I understand, the Steep Rock association has all but castrated MTB at the reservation. The only rideable section is the rail bed to the powerlines on the east and west sides of the river. I have heard this was a great place to ride back in the day.
